Listed and sold former Ford Automotive dealership property comprising 27,000 square feet on 4.2 acres to CountryMax Stores.  Sale price $1.1 million

Leased and sold more than 250,000 square feet of office space valued at over $22.8 million during 2006, 2007 and 2008. 33 total transactions were completed.

Listed and sold Regency Apartments, an 88-unit garden apartment complex totaling over 107,000 square feet - Sale price $4.25 million.

Represented Preferred Care/MVP Health Care in leasing their Rochester corporate headquarters facility totaling over 138,000 square feet of office space at Alexander Park, Rochester, NY.

Successfully negotiated 19 sale and lease transactions for Walgreen’s, CVS and Rite Aid

Represented Schwan’s Home Service, Inc., one of the country’s largest branded frozen food companies, in locating the site of their new distribution center.  Schwan’s invested $2.3 million to build a new 15,000 square foot facility in Rochester, NY.

Acted as exclusive tenant representative for Monroe Wheelchair in leasing of their 25,000 square foot office/retail location on Monroe Avenue in Pittsford, NY.

Handled site selection process for Perkins Restaurant & Bakery for the development of multiple restaurant locations throughout the greater Rochester and Buffalo regions.

Represented Preferred Care in the negotiation of 70,000 square feet of office space at Monroe Square in Rochester, NY as well as leasing additional office space at the former Genesee Hospital complex in Rochester.

Listing broker for the sale of a 68,000 square foot corporate headquarters property on Monroe Avenue in Pittsford, NY - Sale price $2.2 million.

Buyer’s broker for the purchase of a 165,000 square foot office/commercial property anchor tenanted by Xerox Corporation - Sale price $4 million.

Listing broker for the sale of a 28,000 square foot office/flex building in Ontario County (NY) – Sale price $1.4 million.
