Site Selection: estimate and analyze real estate supply and demand, recognize opportunities in real estate markets. Identify and evaluate submarkets, competing locations and select specific sites for various uses.

Negotiate Lease and Sale Transactions: that includes proper time frames for factors such as, environmental, financing, zoning, necessary governmental approvals, etc.

Analyze and Assess Properties and Principals: including such factors as financial analysis/property valuation, internal rates of return, financial management rates of return, net present value, compounding and discounting cash flows, cash flow analysis and lease vs. purchase analysis.

Guide Multiple Projects through various stages of development including environmental, financing, zoning and permitting.

Prepare reports and/or presentations for a variety of audiences, boards, municipalities and property owners.

Coordinate people and processes; and the skills and sensitivity to work with diverse groups, organizations, and governmental agencies that frequently hold conflicting perspectives and interests regarding specific real estate projects.
